Chester doesn't think much of his svelte
new look

When we took Chester to the vet last week for his
semi-annual grooming, he also got a new rabies shot, since the old one expires
next month.
Under Arizona law, if a dog is vaccinated for rabies in the
state, he must also be licensed to live in Arizona.
He didn’t have to be licensed to live in Kennewick, which
makes this sound weird.
